Any drop-in Sata 3 cards that have full sata 3 performance and trim support?

Thread Starter
I have a P6X58D Premium and the sata 3 support blows, so I am using my SSD drives on the intel sata II bus. Is there any drop in cards I can use to get full sata 3 performance out of my corsair force GT drives without having to replace the motherboard?

Will it support trim?

It will not support TRIM unless it says it does. I do not know of any that do either...

And as for what card to look into you need a PCIe 4x card, not a 1x or you will still be limited on bandwidth. But still on SATA 2 you really are not missing out on much. I had that same mobo and had my drive on SATA 2 for a while till I upgraded and got SATA 3 and it really isn't that much of a difference except in benchmarks.
