As another poster said, let's see it go up against a 911 on a real track, performing real maneuvers. To those that say take it on the dirt: I highly doubt you'll be taking a $50,000+ fully-electric SUV through a muddy back street, let alone a full-dirt track.
Exactly this. There's absolutely no reason for the Article to be about performance, if it's main point were to be about carrying more people yet still being quick on a straight away then so be it. Unfortunately that's not how the article is perceived at all because half of the article is about performance.
I'll give it credit without a doubt, as I love Tesla, but the Article was poorly titled if the intentions were to be about the car carrying 7 people yet still delivering good straight away performance.Edited by dmasteR - 2/22/12 at 12:10pm
