won't the 30gb do the job for the ssd?

I'm all about having a SSD as long as you have Sata III. I choose air over water for cooling, the Hyper 212 is a great cooler for such little cost including if you get an extra fan for push/pull setup.

1. Watercooling
2. New Headphones
3 New Monitors (Hugely underrated, will increase productivity and user experience tenfold)

Crucial M4 is a good bet, The hyper 212 would be nice too as mentioned. BUT if I were you, I wouldn't get either of those, and I wouldn't get a sound card. I'd go buy a set of Bose Companion 5.1 Computer speakers, USB so they have their own driver. Like people said, everyone focuses on video, but nothing helps make a Mass Effect 2 play through as jaw-dropping as your desk shaking every time you go through a Mass Relay. Also BF3 with a subwoofer is insane, that almost got me kicked out of my apartment.

Oh I also have a Razer Naga mouse with Logitech back lit keyboard. So I don't need any mouse or keyboard. Are studio monitors worth it for everyday listening?

I had some sennheiser HD 555's that I used in my CS:S days. Great sound quality. And most studio monitors are quite comfy. What does everyday listening mean. My everyday usage of studio monitors consisted of gaming, a few tv shows, and a ton of music. I'd say they are worth the price, but it depends on YOUR usage.
