Just failed again after 5 minutes

VCore: 1.45V
Vdroop: Auto
CPU I/O: 1.15V
CPU PLL: Auto

Gonna try upping Vcore ;o

Nope core still failing after 4-5min of Prime95 Blend.

Current Settings:

VCore: 1.46V
Vdroop: Low Vdroop
CPU I/O: 1.15V
CPU PLL: Auto

Trying:

VCore: 1.46V
Vdroop: Low Vdroop
CPU I/O: 1.19V
CPU PLL: Auto

Whats the voltage of the Samsungs rated at?
It says in BIOS you are at 1.5, is it supposed to be 1.35 or 1.25v? Over voltages can be seen to cause this issue.

I recommend trying this.
VCore: 1.48~49v
Vdroop: On/Low
CPU I/O: 1.15v
CPU PLL: 1.80v
Dram Voltage = Whatever the Samsungs are rated for.

Note about 2600K:
5.0GHz is not easy to get, if this doesn't work, I would lower it to 4.7~4.8 GHz and 1.45v

I know everybody and their sister claims to have 5.4 GHz on a 2600K at 1.2v but it simply isn't true. See for yourself how many people got 5 stable on a 2600k with HT On.

Yes I know 5.0ghz 24/7 stable but I am very determined to get it. I have a few chips left to try frown.gif

I bought these:

1.45 is extremely high vcore, if you have to push that it's not worth it. I know, I know Intel says you can go up to some crazy number like 1.52, but in all likelihood it will prematurely kill your chip. Go down to 1.35, set your multi to 48 and try there. Set pch and vtt just a notch or two ahead and manually set your ram timings based on the factory specs. Do the prime test, or linx for at least 24h. If/when it fails bump the vcore one notch. Keep in mind that if it's a low vcore it'll usually error out within 15-30 minutes. Vdroop should have two options but one of them should be enable and the converse should be disable. You'll want to disable it to make sure you get consistent voltages. Also, silly question, but did you disable all of the power saving features? C1 and so forth? And enabled Turbo Mode (it's factory enabled).
