Ram freq and small o.c. Help needed

My new ram : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231552&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_-

For starters, I need help setting the timings voltage and clock speeds on this ram. I know nothing about bus speeds, ht link speed, and any of that. Installing the components, setting boot priority, and installing drivers about sums up my abilities as far as building a computer goes.

When I mention a 'small' o.c I suppose what I consider small and what experienced overclockers consider small are two different things. I thought 3.8 was a small oc (600mhz). I'd absolutely love to have it at 4.0 although i'm not sure my coolermaster V8 can handle the temps.

To conclude I please ask that when you guys 'advise' on what it is I should do that you simply 'advise' with a little more detail then you perhaps normally would. I'm a noob, but a noob that wants to learn.

Please note that my signature is not my current build... Updating....

Edit: The signature build is now current, with an exception to the RAM

Welcome!

You need to do some reading to get up to speed on how to properly OC an AMD Phenom II CPU system. The links below should help.

It's worth noting that overclocking is a Journey of exploration... often filled with a lot of frustration because by definition you are trying to make your hardware run beyond it's rated speed. In many cases this is possible but your results are almost always going to be different from someone else's results. How you achieve your OC performance may also require different settings from the OC guides though they will get you up to speed more quickly than just making wild guesses and possibly damaging your hardware - which is a real risk with over-volting any hardware.
