I had to RMA a motherboard with broken PCI slot before and it took me a whole month and countless of emails back an forth to get a working one back. They first sent me the same board back but I caught it right away since I took pictures before hand. Asus finally admitted and send me a different one that took 2 weeks to get to me.

If its the 2GB one that aint bad but maybe you can talk them into giving you a 7000 series card, that or apply the difference to a 7000 card you want? Off hand I dont know what would be an exact replacement but a 7850 or 7870 might do the trick. I would argue that the card they want to send takes 3 slots and your matx case doesnt fit it wink.gif

I'm either going to talk them into giving me a 580 or a 7000 series card. I'd probably sell that card and my current 6950 and get a more powerful single card just for kicks biggrin.gif

That's a little much.

You're direct replacement cards would be 560Ti/7850.

Also, the link you had going to Amazon was a 2GB card so I'm not understanding why you think it was 1GB..

I am pretty positive they don't make a 1GB triple slot DCII variant. The 1GB DCII is a double slot while the 2GB DCII is a triple slot.
