I added a 2nd rad but it didn't improve temperatures

Thread Starter
So initially I had my Rasa RS240 kit running a XSPC EX360 rad. I was seeing around 61C max under IBT. Yesterday I was finally able to get my system put back together with my replacement motherboard, new xspc compression fittings, and primochill LRT 1/2" tubing. I also added to the loop the RS240 that came with the kit. I was kind of surprised to find that my temperatures were completely unchanged.

I have flipped, turned, and shaken my case vigorously so I'm pretty sure there aren't air bubbles in there anywhere.

Should I have seen an improvement? Am I limited by my rasa cpu block or the xspc res/pump combo? Ambient is around 22C.

Loop order is res/pump > ex360 > rasa cpu block > RS240 > res/pump.

I'm using 3 yate loon high fans and 2 Scythe Slipstream 1900RPM fans (they are all on a fan controller thank goodness). All the fans are on pull and are pulling air into the case.

The RS240 itself is overkill for a cpu only loop. Your computer simply isn't putting out enough heat to take advantage of all the rad space.

I would presume the pump and like the guy above said

Are you getting at least 1 gallon per minute? That is more than enough rad space is you cooling cpu only
