ok i got a new HP laptop and i wanted to clean up the bloatware but not 100% sure on if this is all bloatware or not so ill list it (this is my first laptop never owned one before this BTW )

HP Documentation
HP Launch Box
HP Movie Store
HP On Screen Dsiplay
HP Power Manager
HP Quick Launch
HP Quick Web
HP Setup
HP Setup Manager
HP Software Framework
HP Support Assistant

so which of these are in fact bloatware if not all of them?
HP On Screen Dsiplay
HP Power Manager
HP Quick Launch

Those are okay to keep. If you remove the Quick Launch, it may disable the use of your keyboard shortcut keys.

The Power Manager is quite useful.

EDIT: If you do remove something and it affects system performance, you should be able to reinstall the utilities from the HP website.
