Depends what you consider quiet/low, but look at the left side of the thermal chart.

FYI, added the UT60 results, but still working on the review detail.

UT60 is doing very good, also XP320 does pretty well too, from 1000rpm and up, it manages to stay in top 4

Very happy to see the UT60 being king of the hill, as it was the same in Bundy's roundup. Although not surprising at all, given that the whole radiator is made out of copper. So I'm either getting a UT60 or a AMS 360 Copper Fins.

I just realized I also have three San Ace 109R1212H1011's that'll do 3000RPM. So I've got 6 good 38mm fans I could do a push pull up to 3000RPM test with..thumb.gif

PureOC's water parts results are just plain off on everything, I don't trust them one bit, see last reply I've typed here. Good for pics and not much else.

My suggeation as always is to consider all results by all reviewers and make an interpretation. Radiator testing is very difficult and bound to produce varied results. I made several changes from my V1 test bench after seeing some of the problem areas, but my results are still at the hobby level. You would need an environmental chamber where you can fix ambient temps to a constant with no more than .1c variations to really do this right but no third party tester or reviewer has those sorts of tools at their leasure.
It is what it is...hobby level testing..nothing more. With that said I am too a bit surprised by the xp vs gtx results and why I plan to retest those two with different fans. But I also wouldn't expect the QP and XP to test the same considering thier very different fin densities.
Exactly.

Bad idea to only trust one result set, actually.

Reviews done at those sites tend to correspond to one another as far as general performance levels are concerned; not because they have a stake in each other and want to get more money out of it (they don't, anyway), but because reliable and accurate results are more easily reproduced than you think.
A couple of those have not had new reviews in quite a while but can still serve as isolated references.
