Piracy goes unpunished just as frequently as speeding does. It is extremely rare (around here, anyway) to get pulled over for going <5 over the limit, even though they are clearly breaking the law. Only those who are foolish enough will get ticketed.

Even so, the wrong people would get punished here, the actual pirates are (likely) getting off scot free. The only way to get a hold on digital piracy is to end online file sharing entirely, and that is just absurd.

There's no going back, the 'pirates' are here to stay.
