You probably won't get to 5.0ghz on that board, it doesn't have the greatest Vrm, it will probably throttle under full load to protect them (they will heat up from all the voltage you need to run at 5.0ghz) if your going to try to get frequencies like that you need a bit more of a serious mother board, try a

try and find the highest fsb while keeping everything else stock, then up the multiplier, then work on the ram. ect
Do everything separate then once finding the max of each components put it all together.
there are many great guides just look it up thumb.gif

btw I have the same board. I top out at about 260 fsb

My 8150 topped out on water with 2x2gb of ocz platinum 2000@9-9-9 at 4.7GHZ an my temps were pretty high. With your board you might get 4.3ghz. Also try to get 250FSB.

i am water cooler i have a h80 and at 4.1 ghz it didnt get hot i think it got to 28 degrees but 4.5 ghz or whatever is cool i would prob want to spend the extra money on another 6870 for crossfire as i think that would be a better upgrade then 500 mhz if i did spend anymore money since i just did this build.

You won't get 5ghz stable out of that board and even if you had a CHV, 5ghz is very unlikely on an 8120 without a chilled loop and even then very unlikely to get stable. Settle.
