Any way to improve GTA EFLC performance?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can suggest something to improve my FPS. I'm getting less than 30fps average with my settings on low to high (makes no difference) @ 1080p, and I'm running the latest patch. The only thing that seems to raise my FPS is lowering my res, but it only goes up be about 5 FPS. My GPU usage sits at about 23% on both GPUs, and I'm on my sig rig.

thats very strange with your rig. i get 60 constantly. Have you applied the patch?

Yes, I am running the latest patch.
I am also using a crack, if that could make a difference. I do own the game legally, though, I just don't have an optical drive in my PC.

See whats keeping your GPU Usage so low...

I get 40-70FPS on 1080p High with 100FOV and IceEnhancer mod.. Though I need 850mhz+ clocks to pull it off!

Log task manager CPU usage?

The latest patch is a frame rate killer. Revert to 1.0.4.0 for better performance. Also, GTA 4 is highly unoptimized.

Turn down dynamic shadows to low or off they impact performance greatly. Also drop the view distance to about 50 if you have it maxed.
