http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_160_853&products_id=19370

you don't really need to get a tool just get a razor blade or something and cut it its not hard......

yea 6 barbs will be enough
2 for the reservor
2 for the cpu block
2 for the radiator
= 6 barbs + the 2 you are going to order

and i would just get like 12 feet more if you are uncomfortable or unsure.
Small wonder.

Any ideas on how we are gonna watercool both of my graphics card?
Do i still need that quick connect and disconnect?
Is the included pump in the kit, any good?
How many sliver kill coil do i need if it 1.3g? Do they expire if i don't use them?
There is only 4 screws that hold the fan on top of the case, will those 4 screws hold up the radiator? To take the screws off, i have to use Allenkeys.

Edit: I just emailed the site and they say it is 1m each, so basically if 10 foot is roughly 3m, i will buy 3 or 4 of the tubes. Also the tube is UV reactive colour biggrin.gif

Kill coil is just pure silver it'll last forever.as for the screws I have no clue.. For the gpus this block should work according to the ek web site http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_160_878_880&products_id=18183 . You'd need 2 of them a sli link and 2 45s. To make it work right.i just find qdcs easy for draining since its basically twist pull apart grab bucket grab a piece of tubing with the other qdc plug it in and drain Lol

Also which QDCS will work and which compressions?

A friend of mine strongly urges me to use compression fittings over barbs, any recommendation? Apparently the more expensive the cpu waterblock is the better which is why i chose the best compatible cpu waterblock.

Edit: I have decided to hold off the GPU watercooling since 2 gpu waterblock makes the total cost even higher, due this i will be not going with the kit but separate quality parts. Please check my updated list which is in my first post.

I still strongly recommend that you get a kit. imo its far simpler and if you are new it will be less headache's to worry about. Once again this IMO!

I would get the raystorm over the ek due to the raystorm being a better performer.

I don't know anything about compression fittings so i can't help you there same story with quick disconnects i just use a T line to drain my loop.

But with compressions just match the ID and the OD with the tubes ID and OD. Barbs with some kind of holder (plastic clip) is far more cost effective compression fittings are more for looks imo.
Small wonder.

As for fittings just get compression fitting the same diameter as the tubing..qdcs you'd need 2 male and 1 female or vice Versa but seeing how qdcs only come in 1/2 id or 3/8 id. Then I just look on this site for a drain plug idea.as for 45s there just 45 degree angled rotorie compressions

Drain will work id go with 6 of those compressions and 2 of these for the cpu block.Reason i like 45s on the cpu block make going to a bay res and rad much easier.

Heres a pick of mine showing you a 45.IMO would be a really tight bend without them.Sad thing is your limited on brands on fittings were your at :S you could get enzotechs for nearly half the price :/

Ok first i would change the block to the XSPC raystorm its a better block with better flow capabilities.

Also is the Hose sold by the foot? of so 4 feet is not going to be enough imo. you need at least 10ft
Small wonder.
