Switch problem

Thread Starter
I seem to have a dodgy switch on my Steelseries 6GV2 (left Ctrl), it catches when pressing at half way. Although its still usable it is quite annoying. Is it possible to easly change out one of these switches for another that isn't used as much?

Since that's a mechanical keyboard, it should be very easy to switch out the switch. You may have to do some soldering, but it shouldn't be a problem. I haven't tested my Google-fu on this problem, but I'm sure there's a guide on disassembling the keyboard, and a guide somewhere on replacing a switch in a mechanical keyboard, and you should be able to put the two together to fix your problem.
