But with the fkin useless "TURBO" i can reach 4.4Ghz with a little load btu by the LOAD is inc then just scaling between 4.0 and 4.2Ghz.
When i wanted to OC it HARD to stable 4.5Ghz then just booting with 3.3 blink to 4.2Ghz and no more...
Whats this issue? enable/disable TURBO is useless here... crappy thing

the issue is Just an overclocking wall. Add much more voltage an try again. I mean if you want to talk about light load situations I can run 5.5 on air on all four cores as long as thats all its doing is sitting there and just sitting at windows it'll be fine. you're at the point where you're asking a chip to do something its just not capable of doing. you unfortunately got a hold of the chip that isn't a very good overclocker happens to a lot of people. another good example is my really good friend that I know went to Microcenter with me and we both bought 3570k chips he got three of them and I got one my chip does 6.7 gigahertz on nitrogen five gigahertz on air all three his had trouble getting five gigahertz even on nitrogen.

Yeah i understand that, but this is K version, able to OC and even cant get over default MB Turbo? very crappy CPU what i got. Is there any chance to check if its really caused by bad CPU or something wrong in BIOS?
