Epic problem please help! - Page 3

Thread Starter
I got the Vcorre from CPUz, and CPUz showed it at a constant 3.7ghz (after I turned C6 off)

Im not worried, I primed for awhile and gamed for ages and it was sweet at 3.7, just seems odd to be clocked that high at stock, I havent changed anything in BIOS (the multi in BIOS is 33 x 100 = 3.3ghz).

I wouldn't worry about that, mine sits at 3.4GHz on idle and 3.8GHz on Turbo mode (even though the multiplier is set to x34), your model is supposed to be 100MHz less if I'm not wrong.
1.32v vCore is perfectly safe, so just keep it that way.
You could as well start overclocking, aiming to a safe 4.5GHz and a bit higher vCore will give you a best performance will keeping the CPU in a safe environment. thumb.gif

you have a special set of multipliers for ur turbo frequency which are at 37 so some programs will show the max clk speed instead of the current
