I couldn't make any sense of the order of emails.

I don't think the entire story has been laid out in the OP either.

All I can say beyond that is don't be so butt-hurt when you don't get what you want.

Pretty stupid honestly. You lost your cables & expect Seasonic to send you free ones? Now your upset that they wont & you have to buy them? I dont see any issue here at all you made the mistake you should fix it. Order new cables and get on with your life. Seasonic makes easily some of the best PSU's to this day & to say your done with them cause you F'ed up. Well thats your loss

So let me get this straight.

You moved.
Lost the cables to your Power Supply.
Demanded that SeaSonic replace them to you for free.
And you are upset.

Are you mental? YOU lost the cables. They were not faulty in anyway and you losing the cables is not covered by the SeaSonic Warranty.

Will a mod please close the thread so this guy does not get flamed anymore please?

I'm not trying to be rude but I seem to be repeating myself over and over. I'm not asking for free cables, I'm asking to buy them straight from Seasonic.

The delivery might not be nice (this is true), but the core message you're receiving from some "useless/unhelpful" individuals is accurate.
They've shown you where OEM cables can be purchased, they don't actually have them available - it's outsourced as previously stated.

In terms of tone - they (CS reps) didn't come off as discourteous either - not overly friendly I guess, but certainly nothing wrong.

They may not have a skew for the cables alone... it would be more trouble than it is worth to create a skew to send one person one item. Why not buy them from the other place and be done with it...you are indeed over re-acting and in my opinion you at the very least owe them a thank you.
You have exerted more energy and time on complaining about the non-issue than it would have taken to just order the cables from their re-sellers.

I'm not trying to be rude but I seem to be repeating myself over and over. I'm not asking for free cables, I'm asking to buy them straight from Seasonic.

Seasonic doesn't sell things though. Heck, if you asked to buy an entire PSU they would probably point you to the same place.
Most manufacturers don't deal with selling units, just receiving RMAs and sending back new ones. You asked where to buy cables, the guy told you, then you got upset?

The emails were also formatted in a way that was pretty tough to read.

You have to get parts from where Seasonic tells you as most of the time they don't supply them directly. Derp. It is that way with MOST companies.
