M3 or M4 for strictly the best reads, if writes are the main concern get a Samsung 830 or Corsair Performance Pro.

Grab the cheapest, real world they all perform about the same and the difference is almost unnoticeable.

Seems like the M4 is the concensus,
anyone want to counter?

I get slightly better speeds with my Corsair Force Series GT, but it's like $10 more and only 120GB vs 128GB. Just get a M4.
I have a Plextor M2P same controller as the M4, just get that best bang for the buck for performance/reliability at this time
