Custom cooled 7970 with a black pcb

Thread Starter
So i want a custom cooled 7970, like the sapphire oc, and gigabyte windforce

Problem is, they all have blue pcbs

And that really looks ugly in my case.

anyone have seen a 7970 with black pcb, that is custom cooled.

Asus DC2 7970 (has a backplate but the pcb is black also.)

XFX Double D FX-797A-TDBC is another option as it is a black pcb.

cool, but damn its a triple slot card, and that would be to much in my case since im thinking crossfire in the long run, but thats certinaly a way to go

All of the cards now apart from the Asus are using standard PCBs. You are going to have to wait a few weeks/months until manufactures start to develop their own custom PCBs for something cool like that to happen. On the bright side if you do decide to wait, it'll be worth it as the custom cooling solutions tend to get much better overtime, case in point Sapphire Toxic redface.gif
