I know we have a good number of "folding under Linux" threads going already but the issue my title refers to (mainly cpu temp, temps of cores, utilization,GPU utilization, temps, you know all the stuff a folder wants available at a glance) does not seem to be addressed as well in Linux as in Windows. Relating to my short (3 weeks or so) Ubuntu 10.04 smp folding experience I acknowledge it was possible to find cpu temps but not at a glance,it took some keystrokes to get this info. I ask if this situation is getting better. The monitoring ability with Windows is pretty much what I am asking for in the Linux distro I choose. Anything new out there?
