Most people who bother to spend alot of money on a 570 or 580 knew what they were doing when they bought it.
Most people that bought the 560ti are generally people just looking for a cheap new card.

if the SC is more money than the vanilla card then just get the vanilla. No point spending more for a card that is factory overclocked, you can do that yourself with afterburner. They dont bin the SC cards or anything, its just a overclock that is put into the bios.
