Like I said, in a high density rack (less than 1cm apart) commercial drives will die very quickly and/or have very low performance and/or have a high error rate.
If you've only got two drives in the chassis, commercial drives are more than acceptable.
EDIT: It doesn't matter about the support/quality, enterprise drives are designed for close proximity. Their higher than average life span is just an added perc.
