I just wanted to quick check on what you guys determined to be the best parameters (like stripe size, dunno if theres anything else, never raided an ssd before). I saw some posts stating 128k is good, others saying 4k works like a charm... so whats the current status?
Oh an also, firmware upgrades can still be done when the drives are raided, I hope?
Thanks a lot in advance!

the Pros can be updated in raid not sure about the M3s but I don't see why they wouldn't, I liked 64k stripe best

I think that is an older version. The latest is 11.1.0.1006.

Dude, can you see that that is 11.0.5 and not 11.5? Of course 11.1.0 is newer. You can even confirm that at station-drivers, 11.1.0 is listed first and then 11.0.5 second.

According to this link
11.0.5.1001 is of 6/4/2012 and got whql certified on 28/4/2012...

If you have other info, please provide...so far, doorules seems to have right about them...intel numbering is somehow crappy sometimes...
