Yes, that just means that an older version (11.0.5) got WHQL'ed now but the latest one is still 11.1.0. Take a look at this link. The only reason why 11.1.0 WHQL first compared to 11.0.5 WHQL because it is the latest WHQL. I hope you get what I mean here.
A driver version receiving the WHQL seal/stamp at a later date doesn't mean that that version is newer than a driver version that was WHQL'ed earlier. In a nutshell, a good basis is by the numbering system of Intel. By common sense/decimal mathematics, 11.1.0 is greater (more latest) than 11.0.5, yes?
