Just ordered my M3 and it is on its way! Can't wait to see the improvement compared to my current SSD.

Ok, finally got win7 to install after some unhappy hours with win8.

Looking back at my benches in post 259 though, does anyone have a clue as to why I have such "high" access times? For read (@0.130ms) it looks to be about twice the latency compared to the average, RAID 0 or otherwise. For write (@0.090ms) its even higher:confuseds

Any ideas?
