Placed order on 15th... Still hasn't arrived.

Hi...

I placed an order on the site on the 15th of this month.

I recieved a tracking number on the 15th as well stating that my order had shipped... It also provided the tracking number.

That tracking number STILL has not updated to reflect that the item has actually shipped.

I've tried E-mailing sales@tankguys.com with no response.

I'd like to know where my order is....

What's your order #? I can look that up for you. If it's a USPS shipment that's not entirely surprising... that "tracking" doesn't update very frequently. If it's FedEx, then we'll see!

100000881 is the order number.

I hear alot that USPS tracking numbers don't update... However I personally have never experienced that. Eh well...

I'd just like to know whats going on. smile.gif

Yea they are spotty. It's more "delivery confirmation" than tracking. I've had instances where it doesn't even update until a few days after it was delivered. Very weird.

I would think you should have had that by now though, tracking aside. If you don't see it by Wednesday, let me know and I'll get you a full refund. That was my last set of that RAM so I don't have another I can ship out sadly frown.gif

Still hasn't showed up.

Well if they by some chance show up here... I'll gladly re-send the payment.

If they show up there as a return to sender or something.... Let me know... I'll gladly re-buy them.

Nice D9GTR's are hard to find.
