FSB 200,multiplier 10,5..these are stock values,I setted default at the moment 200-10,5

I understand you. There are 2 options:
Either there is an option in your BIOS that allows booting with modified freq, and it now is OFF,
Or your mobo is incapable of OC.

When you adjust the FSB it affects your Ram
So your ram may be causing the failure.

If you can try lowering the ram down

Or

Up the multiplier by 1 leaving your FSB at 200

Read this, it helped me.. yes it is long but it is very helpful!
