Gainward used to have a 3-year period. The newer cards have 2 years of warranty. I'm not entirely sure which one applies to your card.

According to this forum post: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18109473 . Your card has a 3-year warranty period. But if you want to be sure, you should probably contact Gainward.

For your motherboard it's most likely 3 years. You can see it here:

"All ASUS motherboard purchased after November 1st, 1999 will carry 3 year warranty services. ASUS product warranty is based on the serial number printed."
