Linux 2.3.6 if recall made a huge btreak trough in performance that could be applied to android.did the industry made this avail in andrid 4 or they aimed for battery duration.gpu acceleration is supported but nothing is gpu accelerated on the software front

The 200 line code fix for the Linux kernel was to improve system responsiveness while the CPU was being heavily loaded. Also, the kernel patch is not the only way to accomplish this task.
While this fix could go into Android (I have no idea what the current kernel in Android is), people generally don't compile kernels or do other intensive computations on a phone so I am not sure their would generally be any benefit.
