I Jumped on a GIGABYTE Radeon HD 7950 windforce edition. And i'm curious. Exactly how fast is a HD 7950? I heard it's around HD 5970 levels (similar to even GTX 560 ti? SLI)

Before my card gets here. can some one run any sort of benchie for me with a HD 7950?

It is definitely faster than a 560 ti, no question there. Here are some benchmarks with the card.

a bit better worse than a gtx 580.

also check this out. gtx 560 SLI is WAY faster than anything single card can offer. http://www.guru3d.com/article/vga-charts-spring-2011/9

assuming you OC, you'll be seeing 7970 level performance in most games.
