att is the only carrier in the us that uses international bands 900 2100 for data

Connectivity options include WCDMA (900, 2100 MHz), EDGE / GPRS / GSM (850, 1800 and 1900 MHz) and HSPA+, with theoretical download speeds topping out at 42Mbps.

It does have hspa+ - I dont really know much about this sort of thing, if this is wrong please explain.

So wrong. ATT uses 850/1900 for HSPA+ and 700/1700 for LTE. Tmobile uses 1700/2100 for HSPA+.

I wonder what the plans for forward-compatibility will be?

One thing I'm missing with ditching AT&T for VM is the lack of handset and device support. Can't wait until the big players lose support in favor of the smaller cheaper ones, and handset support increases across providers..

S4 won't out perform Tegra 3.

For one thing by the time its out, Tegra 4 will be out too, Tegra 4 RTM is June 2012.

Anands benchmarks are always crap when it comes to this ****. Tegra 2 gets way too low of scores in comparison to what people actually are getting, then vice versa for the TI and Qualcomm offerings.

It's absolutely sexy. It's probably sexier than my Galaxy Nexus.. which is so hard for me to say.
