Pulling the trigger today!

Thread Starter
So today is the day that I'm going to a new GPU. Currently I have a Palit Platium GTX570. And I have my eye on a 7970. I mainly play BF3 at 1080.

I would like some input if I should go ahead and go for it or just wait it out. Its tax time and I have the money now, if I wait I could be until this time next year to get a new card.

I have been looking at the MSI cards, mainly the oc'd 7970.

I'd wait for the Nvidia cards since you you seem like a green guy

Go ahead and do it. You can always sell the 7970 later when the GTX 6xx series comes out. thumb.gif
