Read the water cooling guides man, faqs, google it.

The main parts for the w/c setup, are :

-Cpu Block ( and a gpu block if you want to cool your vid. card as well)

You used the word "cheap". Take care. From what I have been seeing and reading, top of the line Aircoolers are better than low-grade water cooling.

There have been many good recomendations (i.e. Swiftech). I think that for this kind of hardware it is alright to purchase parts over time (as opposed to CPU's, MoBo's, VGA cards, etc.- which ought to purchsaed in one go due to Moore's law) if you don't have all the cash right now. You really don't want a failure that will be at the very least be a pain in the arse, if not down right catasrophic.

But truly, no go cheap on cooling.

Take a look at the FAQ for a cheap kit in my sig. This will cool much better than that gigabyte kit and will give you better temps than air.
