Cheap and quiet computer case?

For a while, I've been using an Antec 300 for my home server. It gets annoying because of the lights, and fan noise. The fans aren't too bad, but I would rather not sleep with them. The server doesn't need much cooling. There's a low power Athlon II x2, and four hard drives.

Requirements:
Same size as Antec 300 (Preferably Smaller)
Must have room for at least 5 hard drives
Silent fans
No lights
Cheap
No side panel
No crazy designs, keep it simple. This is a server, not a gaming rig.

Basically, the most boring case ever. Air filters would be nice, but they aren't required. Also, If it matters, the motherboard is Micro ATX.

Thanks!

I like the case, but I would rather not pay $100 for a replacement case

have you considered just switching to quieter fans with no LED for your 300? might not be cheaper, but definitely a better solution IMO.

I thought about it, but I want it to be a little smaller.

Fractal Core 1000. Size is (WxHxD): 175x355x420mm with front and top bezel in place
2x 3.5" HDD trays or 3x 2,5” SSD

A total of 3 fan slots (1x 120mm filtered in front, 1x 92mm in rear, 1x 120mm in side panel)
One fan included (1x 120mm in front)

Get a Fan controller like the NZXT Sentry Mesh

as you know, computer cases have LOOOOOOONNNNGGGG service life. spending $100 on a case that will last you 10+ years isn't really unreasonable. it's better to spend some extra $ up front for a quality case, then to have to switch out (like you are doing now) after a few years due to low quality concerns (loud fan noise)

personally, I would save up the $100 and get something like a TJ08-E. it'll give you a LOOOOOONNNGGG service life while providing you with the most powerful air cooling mATX chassis on the market today. (yes the fractal boys will disagree but a 180mm fan is a 180mm fan:D)

I picked up a HAF 912 for $45 (after MIR) and it's been a great case with my silent fans, even the big daddy CM 200mm Megaflow one in the front of the case. What you need are quality fans that run silent. I picked up some Ultra Silent 120mm fans for under $2 on a closeout at TigerDirect, bought all that I could find in the store considering they're normally $16 each. Even if you get LED fans you can always cut the wires to the LEDs. Fan controller is another good idea if the system is just going to be in an idle state for a period of time you can turn things down or off depending on your temps.

I like the case and fan a lot, but there is a slight problem. There's only room for 2 hard drives.

As for buying a more expensive case, I want to stay under $75. That's my limit. Preferably, I would like to stay under $50.

You have to make sacrifices somewhere.

The TJ08 is $110, but gives you small size with 5 x 3.25" + 1x 2.5" bays
Very good cooling with a size of 210mm(W) x 374mm(H) x 385mm(D)

or keep your 300, get none LED fans and the fan controller.
