Thread Starter
After having my problems this afternoon with a bunch of, what Im guessing were bad WUs on my 6970, I got a good WU to start folding. Folded fine through the unit and finished and went back into the same FILE_IO_ERROR loop. Am I the only one having these problems?? mad.gif

Here is what I keep seeing.

Been doing it through out the day still. It will fold a couple WUs with out problems then go back into the fail loop again. Delete the work and core folders a couple times and then it will start folding again.

EDIT: Just had to do a system update. Did the shut down install. Restarted and FAH fired right up folding again.

Was reading on FF that the IO ERROR can be thrown for many different reasons. One person it was a HDD problem (Mine is a new SSD), Someone else was drivers. (this is more likely tought Im running the same driver ive been running for months.)

Ill update at the end of this WU.
