My water cooled AMD Phenom II 1090T Black edition - Page 4

Hey its being a while not that i think anyone is interested but any way I have being doing a little to my computer but not that, all I have done is I have put in the fan filters on my CPU fan one thing I did notes was as soon as I did that my CPU temps went up my about 10c I had to turn up the fan. I like having a fan blowing on the north bridge / moffitt's to keep things cool which is a good thing anyway I got a 6cm fan filter but I no longer have a 6cm fan and the one I was using is a 7cm, crap so I had decided to get my old Sutton fan out of the box that it was in and I put one of the fan filters on it and it is now blowing air on my mother board, but at what cost, "what noise it makes" if I leave it in my system I will be connecting to a fan controller that I got with the fan filters that I got, but then again I got other stuff that you may find interesting but not that interesting cos its old. HAHAHa

Now that I have a fan controller I can control stuff I'm not sure what type of stuff I can control yet but I think it may be interesting, I mean it has knobs it must be special it much be able to tune in to brain waves of other or something MAHAHAHa....................

Anyway will add pics later

Bye all

I forgot to add stuff, after i put in the the sutton fan the CPU temp went down by about 10c so I can say that i have enjoyed this short stint of air cooling my computer so in other news other stuff i got when i bought my fan filters, I'm so excited I got new video card I'll let the pic speak for itself.

This is the 6cm fan filter i got its so cute.

This is the video card i got, Its nice I like it. I may try and WC it later the main goal with this will be to take the heat out of the case so that the heat don't go into the mother board. but first i will be WC just the CPU so that i can compare the computer before and after.

241

This is my fan controller you know I think its just a fan controller it controls the speed of the fan, like I'm so disappointed. :-)

I'm going to connect the controller to the fans that are on top of my Rads and my new pumps I have two of them or though that leaves 2 channels left unused, its good to have spares.

In order to make your rig look clean you need to take the whole thing apart, dust everything off, flush the lines and re-install. Take your time with the cable management and be creative (wouldn't hurt to use some spray paint) , it will all be worth it in the end thumb.gif

I'm not sure if I can, I don't have the tools and the tools alone would cost more then buying a new case, as much as i would like to do that I think I'm going to have to be boring and buy a case that meets my needs.

people have already not being nice to me, besides Its not fault if people are ****s.

I'm not here to start fights maybe they could have asked me why I let my computer get like that, but then no one did, cos they don't care, that am i talking about you a bunch of guys, what do guys care about?

A bit of dust and some wires, at no time did the people who posted consider the person as in little O me or where I may take this build in the future.

Before I started posting here I was not in the frame of mind to think about making my computer look pretty I was lucky to be thinking at all, but then what to you care.

I will be able to at some point to make my computer nice and pretty but its a work in progress and may take years so get over it or **** off.

I don't want to go on about this no more, if you people want me to be nice all you have to do is be nice to me other wise you will see more of the *****.

Some other things I forgot to say before, I have over clocked the FSB 20mhz which has made every thing hotter I think the CPU temp went up 10c at the moment its at 60c so I'm pretty happy with the way things are going at the moment so all I have to do is finish leak testing then I can put it back in.

^^ Dude, you don't need no friggin tools other than a screwdriver and a some patience. If you are going for a new case get something that will be big enough with room to spare for future upgrades. You can get a nice used case for cheap on ebay or craigslist.

The best part of this thread was how you took a picture of the spider that bit you. biggrin.gif

..You know, usually when a spider bites someone.. they tend to smash it into the floor rather than get out their camera and take a picture of it. Just saying rolleyes.gif

I was wondering where you got off to. It's too bad that people feel compelled to trash on other members. It's nice to hear that you're going to move into a new Case. Contact FalloutBoy or one of the other Aussie Modders if you need an idea of where to look for a good deal. I'm not in your part of the world so I wouldn't have any idea where to begin.

Subb'ed and will keep an eye peeled for updates. cheers.gif
