Did you make sure to set your 2600k to only Fold on 6 threads? If you're using both 5850s in that rig, they'll each need a CPU thread, or else the CPU PPD gets crippled.

see i woundered why i was getting sucky ppd on the cpu like 1000 ;(


i might take 1card out and pop it in the 950 system ?

and then set them both to 7 ?

That could also work, but some WUs don't like you using 7 threads, and just constantly crash. So 6 would be safer.

Got one machine up and running. Think I should not of put the stock cooler on the older one.. Got up to 90C so I stopped it. Will pick up a different cooler for it tomorrow. Getting 33.5k atm on the other machine and room temp going up quick. lol
