Lost 3 gtx 570 screws, what type are they?

So after removing the waterblock from my card and getting back to the screws for the default cooling, I was 3 screws sort.
The ones I can't seem to find are the 3 found on the front of the card, like shown on the image below.

Any GTX 570 users can provide info about these screws?

Do not worry.  Those 3 screws do not come with your card.  I have two GTX570s and they are exactly like that.

Those 3 screw holes are for installation of a graphics card holder (usually a steel bracket) which is most often used by Dell and other makers.  Its function is to fix the card firmly in place when their computers are being shipped to their customers.  The other end of the holder is fixed onto a slot of the chassis.  See pic below for an example.
