I don't really understand why nVidia cards seem to outperform ATI cards in 3DM Vantage? Particularly the gtx 580 in SLI. A 6970 CF setup barely runs low to mid 30,000s while a 580 SLI setup pushes mid 40,000s. When the just the single cards are compared, there is not as much of a difference between the two. I just don't understand what it is about the 580 SLIs that just beast on everything in Vantage. A single 7970 blows a 580 out of the water but I don't even know if two 7970s would hit mid 40,000s would they?
