you will be limited by software overclocking ,stick to manual overclocking ..trust me you will enjoy it more than "f stream tuning " or whatever it's called

4.2ghz @ 1.27v is not bad. Temps look great. But im going to guess you need more vcore to go higher.

When you say "it wont go higher", do you mean you have tried to boot at 4.3 and you....crash, or something else?

That motherboard is capable of clocking to whatever your chips limit is/
Also, i would suggest using bios as opposed to asrocks utility.

Hmm, you could bump up the voltage on your vcore a little bit. You can go up to 1.35 at least, 1.4 if your temperatures stay good. You may need to go into the bios to change the voltage, I'm not familiar with that tuning program.

First thing to try is to stop using that utility to OC. Just do it from the EUFI. After that try slowly upping your voltage a bit, it looks like it's at 1.27v now for vcore, you may need more than that to go higher. If you're using air, I wouldn't go much higher than 1.35-1.4v, depending on your cooler, somewhere in that range should still put you within comfortable temps. Check out a few of the many guides on overclocking SandyBridge, there are a bunch posted in the Sandy Stable club, link in my sig.

Ok, thats a tell tale sign that you dont have enough vcore. try bumping to 4.3ghz and 1.3v
