New case, should I change loop setup?

So I am planning on buying the Corsair Obsidian 800D full tower and I am wondering if its worth changing the order in my loop or anything at all.

I have an XSPC Rasa 750 RS360 WaterCooling Kit with 1/2 inch tubing and compression fittings.

Here is a picture of my loop and flow currently:
700

My first question would be does this make sense as it is? Also when I buy my new 800D case I was also going to buy the same tubing but White so I can do a white/black theme so I will be redoing the tubing as well. Is there anything I should change to make it more optimal when I get my new case? I had also thought I heard people having the rad flipped for tubing which would also add more water but I am honestly not sure what the census is on loop setups like this one.

Thanks all for any advice or help!

I really think its asthetic, your loop looks fine. If you happen to reroute it differently, Route it the best way possible w/o excessive tubing, kink etc.

Alright ya I think I may keep this setup then in the next case. I do love the compression fitting elbows you can get. Thats how I have the outlet from the res/pump going up the rad, my favorite thing I bought!

Yes I agree, comp fittings are great looking. I have a handful of rotary 90s and 45s in my loop as well, As long as your pump is able to keep up with the bends it'll be fine. Goodluck with 800d, keep us updated with pictures! biggrin.gif

I mean I feel like its all working 100% still, with a 5Ghz OC and P95 under full load I get around 70c so I assuming it is still working functionally (loop and kit is 10 months old).

One thing that grinds my gears (ya I said it) is the fact I have to put my DVD drive below the res/pump because it sticks out too far and if I try to put it above it, it will hit the tube mad.gif

Unless you already invested the money into a 800D , with that money I will save it up for caselab case which has double sides(unless you don't like the way they look, or lack room to place it), So you can isolated the watercooling and hardware. (I'm happen to score a mountainmod case at a great price, thus im using this for now. I can't complain but caselab is far superior and I will eventually move onto a caselabs one day)

if you interested, you can look upon caselabs there one of ocn venders , or www/.caselabs.net

I was looking at those and I do like them but I am fantatically in love with the 800D case. I did not buy it yet but 250 is pretty much my limit at the moment.

Though caselabs may be out of your budget now, If you spurge to get it I believe it will be the last case you'll buy. (I never owned 800D but i had a similar case which is bigger than 800d and i easily overgrown it as I added more watercooling parts to my loop such as radiators. especially if you planned to watercool gpu in the future as your single 360rad will not handle it.) I think maximum rads you can fit into 800d is 360+240..

Early janurary I saw on fs section on this forum, m8 and some th10(good/mint condition) ranges 200-400 shipped /w all accessories etc.

I will most likely just be watercooling the CPU, MAYBE a GPU later on. Not 100% sure yet.

So I found a picture of the 800D and added what I think I am going to do to it. How does this look:
605

I feel like at some point in the future I MIGHT do GPU cooling but I am not sure how to go about it with this case, was thinking radiator on the bottom near the PSU. Anyway does the above picture look like a good use of space for this particular case? or would you guys suggest doing something else for this setup?
