Thanks though. Anyone else can point me at AP15s currently in stock? Or better, the mythical GT2150?

Are you in the US?

Basically, with the GTX radiators; the faster the fan the better the performance of the radiator.

This is true with any radiator. The question is, at what RPM does the high FPI design surpass the low FPI and mid FPI designs? That is usually somewhere in the 1500-2000 RPM range from what I've seen in pull only, and 1000-1500 RPM in push/pull.

The 2150 were part of a special group buy. You may be able to find several people who are willing to sell them, but it's doubtful at this point in time. Maybe in a few months after everyone gets them.

As for the AP15, you basically have to check the sites every day. They usually sell out within a week or so.

No, New Zealand. Mostly I buy from PPCs, there is very little W/C stuff available here. And no AP13, 14, or 15's.

Pretty much anything with 2000RPM is gonna be good enough. 1500RPM isnt enough and higher than 2000RPM gets too noisy.
I just ran some tests on my build tonight with 4 BI GTX 360 Rads (3 for GPUs & 1 for CPU)
I have Coolermaster R4 2000RPM 90CFM fans with shrouds both sides in push-pull.
(the euro/asian ones that I dont think you can get in the US - the R4-L2R-20CK-GP, not the Sickleflow R4-L2R-20AC-GP.)

Results..
Playing my flight sim for an hour today in surround which pushes all 4 GPUs to 100% constantly.

Ambient temp in my room is about 28c at the moment.
CPU idles at 40c with 35c water & peaks at 75c with 40c water (6 fans)
GPUs idle at 34c with 34c water & peaks at 61c with 47c water (18 fans)
Fans 600RPM idle with a max 1700RPM (the best I can get out of them with system under full load due to rad fin resistance and voltage drop to 10.5v from the long cable run) This fan speed is water temperature controlled by the Aquaero 5 XT and 6 PA2 slave controllers.

I Also did a proper noise level test tonight at ear height (sitting next to it) and the system makes 36dbA at idle and 46dbA at full noise. A few people asked a while ago and I didnt have a meter capable of going below 50dbA..

Subjectively that means it sounds about twice as loud under full load compared to idle but it's actually pretty tolerable really!

Spec in sig.
