Question about Ph II x4 945. Need an answer quick

Thread Starter
I'm thinking about getting one of these off of ebay to replace my athlon II 645. would thise be an improvement? and if so, by how much? plan to use/overclock it to play skyrim, assassins's creed (original), possibly bf3 on low or medium, and light video editing (ms movie maker)

The auction ends in about 7 hours, so quick responses are encouraged

It's not a big improvement. I went from my X4 620 to my current one. Encoding speed was improved a bit, but for gaming it was barely even noticeable on most games.

Now if you can do 4GHz on it then it would be a nice improvement.
