No. Bad.

First of all, the i7 950 needs memory in multiples of three -- 4 sticks would hamper bandwidth. No, no. For this money you'll want this:

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600K
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115070

Motherboard: ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157271

Everything else you picked is solid though. The i7 9xx is last generation, Nehalem based. Sandy Bridge is built with more advanced (faster, smaller, cooler) transistors, has greater performance per clock, and overclocks a whole lot better than the 9xx chips.

Im not entierly sure but wouldn't using an 1155 socket motherboard be better since its newer and changing that processor to a i5 2500k or i7 2600k if you need hyperthreading. I would also drop to 8gb ram unless you reallly need 16gb but then again rams cheap.
