I am running at 1.25V. and only 3.7ghz(220x17.5). my temp gets up to 59-60 max during prime 95 tortute test. I have all my power settings disabled. I have a 500r case and an h100 water cooler, it shouldnt be getting that hot. What will lower my temps? disable thottling? any ideas? its a asus sabertooth 990fx motherboard with 16gigs of corsair 1333ghz ram. I havent messed with upping my fans, shouldnt have to a whole lot though for it to be getting that hot with liquid.... please help

ambient temperature is about 68-70 degrees fahrenheit, its kept in a basement. very cool all year long. How can i tell if its a bad seating? by looking? I just used the stock thermal paste that was pre-applied on the h100 cooler

ive been doing lots of reading and maybe turning off throttling in bios? any reccomendations on how to get a good CPU seat. this is my first after market cooler

Can you put your H100 in P/P, it should help with cooling it down. throttle does help it cool down too.

Reseated, 200mhzx19 multiplier=3.8ghz. Never went over 46 degrees with pump on medium. Even ran my GPU on kombuster extremes burnout to dump more heat in the case. What bios settings could help me get to around -4.2ghz? Windows 7 freezes when I raise voltage to 1.4v and put fsb to 220mhz
