It grew on me after a while! I actually like the improvements to the core OS. But metro seems to be "in the way" of regular use. I rarely have metro open and when I do it's just to show somebody I am running windows 8. My wife uses it 24 7 on her laptop and really likes it. I myself have gone back to 7 for my desktop. Now I only touch 8 when I am on the go and have to use her laptop biggrin.gif

It's really not that bad but not good enough yet for a upgrade. I am defiantly buying the first viable windows 8 tablet though!!!

in my opinion they want to force users to buy tablets or touchscreen monitors for win8 usage...
otherwise i dont see point of the using win8 for regular user...

They can't force anything, they are only seeking to accent the tablet better than the iPad, etc...
(well, that is sell more tablets with windows 8 on it vs Linux or Apple's OS..)
