Cloud service for android?

Thread Starter
Ok I am using spiderOak atm I signed up for it about year ago, little bit before I bought my htc evo 4g so at the time i had no reason for it, Year later I forgot my info and have to sign up again, Iam wanting to know what cloud service can I use to transfer data/images and what not onto my phone, IDK what is wrong but I downloaded the images I want to put on my phone but they're not in the gallery unless someone can tell me where spideroak stores them (besides inside the app) on my phone.

Or tell me a cloud service that will let me download it onto my phone.

Not sure about spiderOak, but you can check an app called Box.
They're giving a free 50gb account to anyone who signs up by March 3 or so.

^ That's completely correct about Box. I personally haven't bothered with Box, as I have too much stuff in Dropbox already (nowhere near my ~4GB limit still) and it's not worth the hassle of migrating. Anyways, Dropbox just works, period. Seamlessly, at that. The Dropbox mobile app doesn't actually download to your phone, it just lets you open files, and perhaps caches them. So you can use Dropbox, but use Dropbox Downloader if you want the files physically on your phone (seperate app, but links up to Dropbox server, so it uses Dropbox).

It depends on what type of files you're talking about OP. Android has Google + which autouploads all of your photos into a secure location. If you other files are documents or something office related, you can just use google docs to store and view them on your device. There's also google music which allows you to upload somewhere around 25 GB of music.

You can download from the dropbox app. Just long press and export to sd card.

Minus is another good cloud app that's currently giving away 10gb of free storage and up to 50gb when you invite your friends.
Box is my go to service and I use Minus and Dropbox as my backups.
