New folder... Is 250 frames average?

Hi everyone...

I am just curious. Is 250 frames an average size WU? Also, I can't see my name on any lists. Do I become official at the end of the WU? Sorry for the newbie question.

250 is pretty darn tiny. Most of mine are between 5000 and 20000, get some 500s and a couple 50,000s.
