aquatuning, I am dissapoint

Just thought I'd let others know about my recent experience with them that I am rather disappointed in. In total I have made probably 3-4 orders with them worth $1000 or so.

Alright so around summer time last year I ordered a bunch of stuff from them including an AQ5, accessories, and a black aluminum faceplate for the multiswitch . They didn't have it in stock and they had an ETA of a couple of weeks for it so I decided to wait. Well a long while had passed by and I messaged them about it. Long story short I opted for a refund after not receiving any word about it or e-mail from them. From that point to now I still have not received a refund from them for it (we're talking about well over half a year here, for ~$20 or so...). Every email between us has been started by ME, asking for my refund. Up until last week they have given me the run around each time saying they had a 'bug' with the site, and even assured me multiple times they would process the refund that day, only to be never emailed again or to see a refund. After contacting them again last week they finally want to give me a refund but can't send it through PayPal (which is how I paid) because the receipt expired, otherwise I would be charged a fee. So they asked for my bank details to do a direct transfer. Now I know it's perfectly fine doing it that way as well, but that's not the point. I expect a refund via the way the payment was originally sent, PayPal. If there is a fee (which would probably be less than 1$) I expect them to pay it seeing as how it is their fault for all of this, and also their fault they did not take action before the receipt expired. I think this is the least they can do after all of this. Now other than this I think their prices and shipping are fantastic. But I would much rather spend my money elsewhere after experiencing this with their 'customer support'. Sorry for the rant, I don't really like to post these type of topics but I thought it should be done to hopefully save someone else the headache down the road and inform my fellow OCNers smile.gif.
