So win 8 consumer preview shows that MS is trying to improve its messaging apps, altough the current integration is rather low since it has just MSN and Facebook integration.

Now my question is if there has been any info about more advanced integration of other apps, like aim, icq and much much more importantly - skype.

If they would do this, it would instantly make anything like pidgin, trillian and such obsolete, because it instantly would become the ONLY multi-messenger app which would support skype, and this would most certainly mae me move to win 8 instantly.

So yeah, just wondering if anyone has heard any information about that.
